Conor McGregor has accepted the proposed date by the UFC for a fight against Dustin Poirier.
Up until this point, the UFC wanted to save it for January, but the former UFC champion wanted it to take place on November 12th. McGregor has changed his tune and agreed to the January 23rd date.

However, he wants the fight to take place at Cowboy Stadium where the Dallas Cowboys play. He wrote the following on Twitter:
“I accept, Jan 23rd is on! My goal is to see this fight take place in Cowboy stadium. Proper Style! Jerry Jones is a friend and the stadium can hold our crowd. I will be ready for Texas and Texas will be ready for my fans! Then Manny. #McGregorSportsandEntertainment.”
