After winning the title again at UFC 277, Amanda Nunes embraces a trilogy with Valentina Shevchenko.

In Saturday’s main event at American Airlines Center, Nunes dominated a unanimous decision victory to avenge her shocking upset defeat to Julianna Pena.

Nunes’s name was brought up in a follow-up question, and she warmed to it right away. The two have faced off twice before, with Nunes coming out on top in both contests (a non-title fight at UFC 196 in March 2016 and a 135-pound title fight at UFC 215 in September 2017).

“Let me see,” Nunes told reporters. “I don’t even know yet. Let’s see what I’m going to do. Talk to Dana (White) to see.”

“Good (idea),” Nunes said. “She’s a champion, too. That would be awesome.”
